Heart Rock Recovery Center

Indianapolis, IN

Operated by Overdose Lifeline

For Prospective Residents

Are you an adult woman (age 18+), pregnant or parenting, in recovery from substance use or dual diagnosis?

Have you recently been discharged from a detox center or completed an addiction treatment program?

Are you in need of stable housing for yourself (and any children under the age of 2) while you get back on your feet?

If you answered “yes” to all three questions, then our Indianapolis Supportive Recovery Housing might be a good fit for you! Interested applicants should fill out our simple, quick online application to tell us about yourself, your family, and your needs. A representative from Heart Rock will reach out within 24-48 hours to confirm our availability and let you know if you qualify for our services.

Unfortunately, we are not able to accept every application that comes in, but we will work with as many qualified applicants as we can – and, when applicable, provide referrals to local agencies that may be able to help you in the event we are unable to serve you and your family.

For Social Service Professionals

Are you a licensed mental health care provider, case manager, or other social service professional who works with pregnant and parenting women over age 18 with a history of substance use or dual diagnosis?

Do you know of a client who may benefit from the subsidized housing and holistic mental healthcare at our recovery center?

We accept referrals from social service professionals, given that applicants meet our qualifications and that we have availability at our Indianapolis sober living facility. To make a referral, please contact contact@heartrockrecovery.org.

We recommend confirming that your client qualifies for our services prior to contacting our agency. In order to qualify for services at Heart Rock, women must:

Children under the age of 2 are also welcome to live onsite with their mothers. Click here to learn more about our services for women and children before making a referral.
