Heart Rock Recovery Center is first and foremost an affordable Indiana sober living community for pregnant or parenting women. We provide women with subsidized housing onsite, as well as a plethora of supports such as individual and group therapy, job skills training, nutritional counseling, and childcare to support their recovery.

The cost of our program is proportional to women’s monthly income and other factors. Financial assistance is available for those who qualify – see “Payment” under “Planning for Your Stay” to learn more.

When you come to our recovery center, you will be assigned a case manager as well as a team of multidisciplinary professionals dedicated to your healing. Your case manager will work to determine yours and your family’s needs, both during and after your time at Heart Rock. In addition to developing an individualized recovery program for your stay, your case manager will also work to secure services for you and your family after you leave our sober living community to set you up for lifelong success.

We support women’s recovery from substance use and dual diagnosis using an evidence-based, trauma-informed healing approach. Our clinicians work from a holistic recovery model that addresses psychological, physiological, and spiritual well-being. During your time at Heart Rock, you can expect to participate in a number of group and individual interventions to support your recovery, including 12-step meetings, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), and/or trauma therapy.

At Heart Rock, we believe that effective, lasting recovery requires a compassionate, whole-person approach. In addition to individual mental health treatment, we also provide 12-step meetings, nutritional counseling, job skills training, financial literacy education, and more to address every facet of your health and well-being.
